Silikoneurope S.r.l., in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, has adopted a Corporate Organisation, Management and Control Model (MOG) to take steps to actively prevent or reduce the likelihood of engaging in underlying criminal activity by identifying sensitive actions and implementing their procedures.
An integral part of the Organizational Model is the Code of Ethics, which defines the set of values and principles that affect our Company’s activities and establishes the rules of conduct for relationships with our collaborators, suppliers, and more generally with all of Silikoneurope S.r.l.‘s business partners.

All those who work with our Company are required to comply with the principles and rules contained in the aforementioned documents, also being aware that violation of these principles and rules may result in the termination of the existing relationship of trust.
Finally, in accordance with the aforementioned Legislative Decree 231/2001, a Supervisory Body (SB) has been appointed and established with the primary task of monitoring the functioning and compliance of all recipients of the Model, both employees and third parties.
