4. Communication and transfer of data

The data, subject to processing, will not be disseminated; instead, they may, for the purposes indicated in this information, be communicated to third parties, including business partners, consultants and freelancers, agencies of marketing and communication, IT companies, auditors, debt collection companies, public bodies, Auditing or supervisory bodies in order to fulfill obligations arising from the law, regulations, EU regulations or for aspects concerning the management and execution of the legal relationship with you that exist or have existed.

The data will be processed by the following parties:

  • Employees of the Company Silikoneurope S.r.l. who act as persons authorized to process data in function of the tasks performed and adequately trained.
  • Data Processors in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, the list of which is available at the registered office of the company.
